Jewelry can be exchanged for the correct size if it does not fit properly. Simply contact us, ship it back in original packaging with delivery confirmation and our invoice. We will pay the shipping costs to ship back to you.
If the item is not exactly what you envisioned, please contact us ASAP and we will work with you on a case by case basis to make sure you are a happy customer, either by offering an exchange or store credit.
Custom items are non-refundable. Please double check your special requests before ordering.

International orders must have pre-purchased insurance (contact us before ordering) to be replaced and/or to be covered.
International customers may wish to contact their customs office with inquiries on package status. With insurance we must wait 45 days to confirm non delivery before shipping out a replacement.
